Ready-to-Publish Emails

Activating Ready-to-Publish emails will alert Job Board Managers of a new Job Board Post submission via email.

Deadline Emails

The Deadline Emails settings tab provides ability to send reminders to Job Board Editors about deadlines approaching for a Job Board Post they've submitted. These settings can be customized to adjust the timing, frequency, and add additional recipients to these emails.

Instructions

The instructions tab reveals a Rich Text area where instructions can be added for Job Board Editors to see when adding a new Job Board Post. These instructions can be customized depending on the needs to the client, and how they're using and have configured the Job Boards feature. They will be displayed whenever an Editor/User begins adding a new post.
